SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns 12/30/2010

Many of you, My people, have been trying to rescue things of the past that are no longer working or relevant to your life. It's been like trying to rescue a drowning man tied to an anchor; it is not going to work, and has the possibility of taking you down as well. Don't be afraid to let go and be released from things that represent bondage to you, says the Lord. It is time for you to be free and to celebrate liberty!

Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.

By Gordon Richards

Prayer Thought
If your life feels empty, try putting more of God into it. He will never force Himself on you, but waits for your invitation. Life with Christ is an endless hope; without Him, it’s a hopeless end.

"What a friend we have in Jesus, all our sin and grief to bear. What a privilege to carry, everything to God in prayer. Oh, what peace we often forfeit, oh, what needless pain we bear. All because we do not carry, everything to God in prayer." Dear God, be the Lord of every area of my life, today, tomorrow, and always I pray. I am so lost when I try to sit in Your seat, it's way too big for me. So, may I trust You always, and let You be the Boss of me all my days. Amen. Love your precious girl, mel

Regulate me - SOS

Lord, You are the Ultimate Regulator. You are able to balance emotions, energy, body functions, everything! You are the One True Creator of my heart, of me entire. I'm looking to You today to be filled and filled again, I need a fresh infilling today. The past few days have worn heavy on me and I need to be filled. I am parched, thirsty, hungry, needy. I look to You, the only Satisfier of my soul. Truly only You satisfy. What else, who else is there? It's You that I need, it's You. I look to You Abba Father, I need You, I belong to You, I am Yours, Your heart, Your delight, Your daughter, Your precious girl, may I know it and live it. Thank You for being near. May I find my strength in You, my hope, my trust, my satisfaction and joy, may they be in You all my days.

Spirit of prophecy bulletin by Marsha Burns

The deep darkness around you has been a grief and a snare, but in the midst of the darkness you have heard My voice calling you to seek My face and to come to the light of My countenance. My ears are not deaf to your cries, nor is My arm too short to save. I am you salvation and deliverance if you will only look up and believe, says the Lord.
Isaiah 59:1 Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; nor His ear heavy, that it cannot hear.

"Prayer Thought
If Jesus says, 'Get into the ship,' He doesn’t expect you to drown getting to the other side. Stormy weather doesn’t last forever. Keep your eyes on Jesus. Don’t be moved by what you hear, feel or see. Just trust God’s promises."

THE TRUMPET by Bill Burns -- 12/6/2010

It is written My beloved and it cannot be broken, that I am coming for a glorious church. And, if you can believe it and if you can receive it that is the work I am doing in you, even in these days, says the Lord. For the very good work that I have begun with you, in you and through you, I am bringing to completion. You must look unto Me for I am indeed the author and the finisher of your faith. There are those of you who believe your faith is small and that your faith is insignificant and you've even prayed, 'Lord, increase my faith.' But, I say unto you, the faith of the Lord that is manifest in you in these days will become a greater faith than ever you have known. For you will be able to say that you no longer live by the measure or the lack of your own faith, but you live now by the faith of the Son of God, the faith that enables you to see beyond the veil and enables you to walk through the valley of vision. So I say, beloved, encourage yourself today for the work I am doing in you is ongoing. It is not a small work. It is not an insignificant work. It is a mighty work that you may even be unaware of. But in these last days the glory of the work I am doing in you will begin to shine forth as a light, a beacon to those who have no hope--a radiant light to those that shall come. That is why I have spoken that you are the light of the world, so let your light shine. When the manifestation of it comes then I say do not hide it and do not put a basket over it, but allow the glory of My presence in you to shine forth to a lost and a dying generation. Be encouraged, says the Lord.

The Lord our Strength - Gordon Richards

Isaiah 40:29 He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength.
Many have stated they are not as young as they used to be, because they feel more aches and don’t have as much strength as they once did. Do you feel helpless? Listen to what you tell others. Are you telling all about your problems, or are you telling others what God has promised in His word, and will do for you? Whenever you are complaining about your problems you stop faith from working in your life. You should be praising the Lord by telling others that God is going to honor His Word and cause a change to take place to meet the need. In the United States people may phone "9-1-1" for emergency help in time of need. God wants you to rely on His promises. Quote Psalm 91:1. God wants to honor His Word, but you must first believe, then act on it. Ask Him how you should pray, then expect results.
